"The product can only be described as very poor. The shredder was of doubtful quality and I returned it and asked for refund.
I suspect for a "serious" shredder one has to spend more money."

"After reading reviews was bit sceptical about buying product, however we've had no problems at all. Think if you were shredding lots everyday (office) then you'd need to invest in something better but for everyday letters/receipts and general household paperwork it does the job and is a bargain!! The old saying you get what you pay comes to mind and it does everything it says on the box!!"
