"had my previous BT phones for some years but now getting old and crackly, looked forward to the new BT Aura quad phones. says indoor range up to 50 metres but phone soon goes out of range even in kitchen. phone base set still in original place as old phone but reception is worse!!! Phone beeps when out out range which seems to be most of the time. very disappointed having spent that kind of money."

"Brought this as I thought I couldn't go wrong with a BT phone. I was really disappointed at how basic the phone was. You would expect a phone of this cost to at least be able to transfer phonebook numbers automatically to each phone, but this phone can't, not good when you have to enter 100 numbers into each phone! Discovered this fact so didn't even get to unpacking it before taking it straight back."

"Even though I have a large house the range is well within 50 meters but two out of four phones won't work,signal is either very weak or non existent! Not fit for the purpose."
