"Doesn't appear to me to be heavier than others. Line feed a big improvement; so far. Not the best at long grass or as an edger, but acceptable. Too early to assess quality of manufacture or long term reliability."

"This is a very powerful trimmer.It is heavier than less powerful trimmers because it has a more powerful motor. Unlike cheaper ones this is suitable for medium sized gardens. I would have preferred another 5 meters of lead.
I like this grass trimmer and at present the price at Argos is the lowest that I could find."

"... let down by the cutting spool. The cutting line had obviously become brittle in storage and was unusable. Unfortunaterly I was not able to get a replacement spool therefore as problem occurred within 7 days of purchase was encouraged to return to store for replacement trimmer.

A good heavy strimmer but !!!!!!

"This is a really good strimmer. I have only used it once and as a lot of others have said it is quite heavy. It cuts through the grass with ease. I dont have a problem with the weight of it (me being a mere 5ft 2ins woman!!) the only problem i have with it is the button. You have to really hold it in really tight which is a pain in the fingers (litterally). The wheel on the front is a bit of a nuisance as some of the time it doesn't seem to get right to the edge so i might see about taking it off but apart from that it cuts great and is very powerfull. Just a shame about that button."
