"no this is my worst purchase ever. the power pack is very heavy..which you have to carry around on your person.. the telescopic exstension does not extend very high,, to cut top of hedge.. i didnt like it."

"Was looking for a hedgetrimmer with extra long handle. Hedge is very tall. The Flymo is excellent for the task and does away with the need for steps or laddersI can get at both sides and the top.!!!"

Flymo Cordless Hedge Trimmer

"A well-designed product at a fair price. I was planning to purchase a 2-stroke petrol hedge trimmer originally. The cutting head is not especially heavy, and the battery pack (which is heavy) is on a shoulder strap. So does the unit does not tire your arms. Assembly was straightforward and it is easy to adjust the cutting angle. The only worry I have is that the orange plastic casing looks slightly fragile, so you need to take care not to drop the unit on a hard floor....that said, it remained perfectly intact when I did just that!"

"had one of these give to me some time ago ,it went wrong ,I found it so useful I decided to buy another one.Battery pack a little heavy,but ok once on ones shoulder."

"I found the battery pack fits well, it is heavy but when secured with the adjustable straps it is ok. However if you are less than fit or not so strong the cutting head becomes quite heavy to hold up after a bit of use. I still think it's a super product for reaching the top of shrubs and hedges though."
