Absolutely the right tool for the job

"Although preferring a petrol strimmer ourselves, when my elderly father asked if he could borrow it I knew that there was no way he would manage the weight. The Bosch Easytrim seemed a good choice. At 300 watts, it was a little more powerful than others similarly priced. When it was assembled (which was simple - clip the two pieces together!) he tried it out, - well balanced, had a good cutting width and light to hold - ideal for him. I was also impressed that it coped well with some of the more dense patches of overgrowth. Great value for money!"

Better than the lawnmower!

"Great tool to get into bends and curves in the garden path that coventional lawnmowers cannot reach. Very light weight, quick to use. The best bit about it is the strimmer wire which is a reel that is built into the base of the unit, just press onto the ground to release more of the wire. So much more better than the earlier models of the 90s where you had to poke the wire through a small tube running along the length of the strimmer. Ingenius design! Simply marvelous."
