"Read the reviews before buying this product. I had bought a stainless steel one a few weeks before but just couldn`t get used to it, water gage not very well positioned and I wasting water. Just wanted a normal jug kettle and this one was is excellent. Slight design difference than pictured, but it does the job well"

"Nice looking, lightweight, fairly quick boil. Reason I didn't give five stars is becaus there is no filter on the spout. Good value."

We needed a new kettle for the office

"Our old kettle started leaking at the base, where the electricity goes in. None of us are electrical engineers but we mostly figured that this was probably dangerous.
We looked to Argos to help us in our hour of need and lo, we found this kettle.
It does exactly what it says on the tin. Not only does it boil water, it also contains it, which was in stark contrast to its predecessor.
It is a little slow to boil from cold, compared to other kettles. We likened this to a steam engine and now our kettle is called "Thomas".
Thomas is a great little kettle for an office environment. He's small, relatively quiet and highly reliable. Bless."
