"I have only used it once and there were no problems at all. It is not heavy to hold, easy to use resulting in a clean cut of meat. The only thing I didn't like, which is not the fault of the product, is that the cord can get in the way but this happens with all non-wireless kitchen appliances. So, So far so good!"

"To operate you have to press the switch hard and a long way into the machine (Small Flush Button), if you are a man with large fingers you will not be able to operate for long, if at all"
