"I have been waiting for tjis to go on offer again for a while, after reading other reviews was a bit concerned about the water having a taste to it , but i flushed it through at least 4 times before i used it and its all good, no problems at all, i am very happy with it."

"Great alarm clock and light.
Functional drink maker. Good on the whole but 2 small niggles
Firstly tea can taste plasticky if you don't leave the water storage lid off to dry during the day.
Second the pull out tray at the side doesn't seem to come out completely for washing.
On the whole I like it and would recommend."

Disappointed - twice

"Bought as a present - the teabag holder mechanism didn't work so returned item for replacement. Second one continued to smell strongly of the taint that was supposed to go away after several flushes of the product. Tried repeatedly but the smell and taste persisted so returned for another teasmade though the Breville's style and features were far more aesthetically pleasing. Such a shame, but so glad Argos had no quibble approach. Thank you."
