Could do better

"The mug tree was ready assembled but the towel holder required assembly. A simple task but the bolt would not screw into the assembly and I had to remove the bottom of the base to tighten the locking nut."

Kitchen roll holder very good - Mug tree not!

"Kitchen roll holder was attractive and very stable but the mug tree proved difficult to use. We had trouble trying to make our mugs stay firmly in place - they slipped off easily!"

Disappointing purchase

"I returned the items to the store. They were pleasant looking items however the mug tree was useless as the mugs (Crazy Daisy, Portmeirion) which have quite large handles, wouldn't stay on the mug tree. Angle of the arms (branches!) on mug tree need to be more like 45 degrees rather than 90 degrees. Very disappointing"
