"If you make a lot of cakes (like I do) these scales are great. They're sturdy, have a big dish to weigh ingredients and I like the old fashion look."

"Bought in a hurry and didn't realise it was an old fashion spring type.
Used to digital.
Can't imagine 10kg of anything fitting in the bowl.
No good for small family type quantities as didn't feel it was accurate enough.
Might be ok as a kitchen ornament but not for a serious cook."
