"Great microwave for my needs. Mostly used for heating-up and defrosting rather than cooking, on the small side but just right for me, fits neatly on the counter. Grill is fairly slow compared to gas but would only use as a standby grill anyway. Overall very satisfied with purchase"

"Looked it up and it looked to be exactly what we needed. Microwave & grill, so we reserved it. When we unpacked it at home couldn't believe how small it was - couldn't even fit a plate in. Why don't they put internal measurements on the site. It may be ok but we took it straight back. Unfortunately to get dinner plate size you have to buy one that costs £100 more that's also an oven?!"

Nice looker, but........

"I was amazed it gave no instructions to cook our most popular British veg - chips ! True, they're best done deep fried but our old microwave (Sharp) had a combi program that came pretty close.
Also it's a bit noisy, the touch buttons are not a soft touch, the microwave, grill or combi indicator lights did not come on - could be a bit of a disaster if you pressed the grill button by mistake and didn't notice; and the grill would not come on after a combi program - surely this is a fault ?"
