"I was always against these things on principle, but as I have a small hernia which the NHS won't touch I've been avoiding my abs for a few years and thought they could do with some exercise.
Not as simple to use as you would first imagine, but once you're used to it ( a couple of goes) it's a very useful piece of kit. I feel firmer after each use, and keep thinking of new ways to try it out.
Only concern I have is with the cost of replacing consumables like the gel etc.

"I've used a few toners before with varied results, but this has got to be one of the best I've had in a while. It's very discreet and results can be seen rather quickly when used daily and inconjuntion with your regular exercise regime.
I would fully reccomend using the Elite one if you are body building or toning up and just want a helping hand."
