"This was a christmas present for my son-he has bi-polar 2-I wondered if it would help him at his down times especially as he is at university- he has been using it since after christmas, and we went to visit him this week and he said it was excellent it helped him a lot not a complete cure. i will start saving to get myself one especially these dark mornings and I do not get a very good sleep at times, now he has tried it I will definately try it and will tell my family and friends"

Pricey but worth it

"Really love this product - it is a bit pricey but i was really struggling to get out of bed at 5:30am in the pitch black so was willing to spend a little if it would help. I now set my lunie alarm for 5:30am and as it provides a 30 minute "sun rise" the room begins to brighten slowly from 5:00am - by 5:20am i am usually awake and out of bed - i do have a back up alarm set up on my phone for 5:35, but i haven't needed it once in the 2 weeks since getting the lumie alarm. Pricey but worth it"
