"i love this table it looks lovely in my front room ,i akso bought the sideboard unit to match as my front room is very large and they both look perfect in it, everyone comments on them they are very solid and its a major plus that they come already assembled the only fault i found was that they stain easily so i also put a coaster down before placing a cup on them apart from that they are lovely..."

wonderful, but wrong colour

"Comes basically as is. Wonderful coffee table. The only thing is that it is much darker than the photo. As all our other furniture is Oak colour, it didn't really match. I therefore passed it onto my sister. Nevertheless, it was a really nice table"

"table seems to be coming away from the joint i only bought this as it looked solid but unfortunately a few friends have pointed out the table is coming away"

A bit of good and a bit not so

"The item is very good looking and sturdy as you would expect Sheesham to be.
The one biggest downside for such an expensive table is that the wood is completely untreated with any kind of protective layer like varnish or anything. Thus even a couple of drops of water will stain it (thats now natural wood is) encluding hot coffee mugs. Once you get a stain in it, its there to stay as it gets absorbed into it.
I had to buy RONSEAL clear Satin finish varnish and apply atleast 4 coats to the table for it to become stain proof. If you are willing to varnish it, put a glass top on it or any other type of covering, then it is a great purchase and will last for very long."
