"I was shocked that when washed, it had loads of bobbles & bits dropping off, so much so, I had to give the entire kitchen (Where they fell out from the washing machine) & the front room a good vacuum cleaning! I wouldn't recommend this mat for use in the bathroom, as it will need to be washed a great deal & may disintegrate quickly! I bought it to sit in front of my fireplace just to add a bit of colour, so it's not so bad, as it will not require washing so much as if used in a bathroom."

"We brought the mat home and put it on the floor in the bathroom. However, when it got wet, it started colouring our floor, so we decided to wash it. When we did so (on a moderate cycle), it left a terrible amount of fluff inside the washing machine and broke into little threads. Even the fact that it is so cheap doesn't excuse such poor quality."
