Fun but needs guidance

"Fab Effex is a very satisfying product that is a sort of cross between fuzzy felts and stickers. The shapes and patterns are lovely and the children got a lot of satisfaction from using them, however they ran out of places to stick them and they started appearing around the house, on the fridge, table etc. So I suggest having some blank things like cardboard tubes or small boxes to cover with the stickers."

Reluctant Purchase

"I bought this for 7 yr old grandchild despite the bad reviews as he was desperate to have it due to TV adverts - which are very 'imaginative' to say the least. However, he was pleased and managed to make a number of items so it was not returned as I had anticipated. Box quite small so postage charge [which I didn't pay] is exorbitant."

"I brought this for my daughter and niece aged 7 and 8 as they were having a play day , and thought this would keep them happy for a few hours ! they had both seen this advertised on tv and was very excited to use it .
It was useless did not stick very well and kept falling apart! which they found very frustrating! hardly any products fabric etc to use and had finished within 15 mins and very unsatisfied with their end results."

"I feel that the child can only play with it once. All it is - is sticky cloths, very small pieces dont last very long. Appx 12 pieces maybe the size of a choclate bar. The rest are very small cut fabrics. Although you can order a refill pack, I believe.
I felt it was difficult to make what you want. I feel it is eaisier to give a child different cutoffs of coloured cloths with glue.
On the plus side my child was occupied for 1 day, although she found it difficult to make flowers she made some nice cards."
