It cries and moves it head and seems quite real.
We took it into a care home with alzeimer,s residents and they loved it.

"5 year old loves this doll however not good for general doll use as too hard. great doll to use for movement just not a cuddly doll"

"brought this for my nearly 7 year old as she loves dolls very nice lifts it head up then side to side lays on pillow bit pricey and not as big as in the picture but still keep it"
