"I bought the 'baby' monitor so that I could hear my poorly parent call me in the night. Works a treat - no problems with the reception ('baby' end in a makeshift bedroom downstairs, 'parent' end in my room upstairs). The batteries in the baby end lasted two nights (only downside really) so it is now plugged into the mains via an extension cable. More economical but a bit of a trip hazard!
Enables us both to get some sleep with peace of mind - parent knows they can call me if necessary and I know nothing I will hear them if they shout."

"We've just moved into an old hose with very thick walls and our old baby monitor refused work.
No problems with this one though worked straight from the box. The remote on the parents unit for the light on the sender is a great addition and comes in very handy. Great product would recommend it to anybody."

Best Baby Monitor I have Bought

"This baby monitor does everything you expect it to do. It is such a relief to find one that actually works (after buying 2 others and my little one had to shout to be heard). I can hear her breathe, it is that good and it works all around the house. The only down side is that the batteries in the parent base need charging quite often but this is because of the sensitivity of the sound, I would rather that than it not work!

"I have only had the tomy digital monitor for about 3weeks. So far it is brilliant.

The monitor looks good and comes with parent unit. Advantages of the parent unit it comes with rechargeable batteries and plug so no extra batteries are needed. Also the monitor works by being plugged into mains, but can also run using batteries.
The monitor is excellent at picking sounds. I leave it in my bedroom,however baby has a nap in the nursery next door, the monitor can pick up baby crying from the other room.
