"A great toy that my 6 year old son loves. Nice it comes with bateries. Not sure I would pay full price for it but ok at half price. More of a toy than a torch but is quite effective if the room is really dark - more fun!"

"If you expect a single beam of light to stream from this a la Luke Skywalker in the films, you would have to spend an awful lot more money!
I have a couple of mini padawan, & this suited them perfectly. It makes a noise, & they dont fall over in the dark!
It did what I needed it to do, which was, be a novelty torch."

11 yr old son disappointed in torch....

"I am writing this review based on the purpose of why I brought the torch in the first place. My son was going on a school trip for a week and a torch was required for the trip. Thinking i was being quite trendy I brought the above torch. On opening it my son didnt seem that impressed with it, but was quite happy to keep it anyway. On trying it out, it didnt seem to give off much light alithough we tried it in a darkened room. Hoping it would get brighter with time, it didnt, thus making it unsuitable for his school trip needs. I would say for a fun element it is fine, but not necessarily for outdoors. Can I get a refund on this ???????"

"After receiving one of these for my birthday, I thought I would purchase one for my brothers birthday, A good fun gadget, not a great torch but the sound effects and the fact you have a lightsaber makes up for the fact, In short a good value gimmick for any star wars geek ( like my self )"
