  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1/2 banana
  • Handful of strawberries
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Handful of raspberries
  • Coconut water to the max line


  1.   Add all ingredients into the Nutribullet cup, secure to the base and blend in 30 second intervals until smooth.

Lunch: Lemon and Parsley Stuffed Grilled Trout

Light but filling, tuck into a nutritious lunch that will keep you satisfied 'til dinner.

Cooking time 5-8 minutes
Serves 4


  • 4 butterflied trout (in most supermarkets, a fishmonger should be able to butterfly the trout for you)
  • 5 lemon slices per fish
  • 6-8 fresh parsley leaves per fish
  • 2 garlic cloves per fish
  • Salt and pepper


  1.   Open the trout and check it's bone-free by running your finger over the flesh.
  2.   Season both sides and lay the lemon slices and pieces of parsley on one side, alternating between them.
  3.   Peel and roughly chop the garlic, and then sprinkle it over the top. Drizzle with olive oil and fold over the other side.
  4.   Heat up the grill to maximum and place the trout on, cook for 5-8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.

Dinner: Chicken Tikka Masala

The nation's favourite with a healthy twist. Cook up a nutritious, flavoursome curry for a warm, hearty meal to end the day.

Cooking time approx. 30 minutes
Serves 4


  • 500g of chicken breast (cut into slices)
  • 100g of tikka masala paste
  • 300g of natural yoghurt
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 390g of chopped canned tomatoes
  • 150ml of water
  • 1/2 tsp of sugar
  • 2 tsp of lemon juice
  • 1 handful of chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 spoon of olive oil


  1.   In a large bowl, mix the tikka masala paste, the sliced chicken and 3 spoons of yoghurt. Cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight if possible.
  2.   Heat the oil for 2 mins in the ActiFry┬«. Add the diced onion and cook for 5 mins.
  3.   Then add the chicken and cook for 10 mins.
  4.   Add the tomatoes and water in the ActiFry┬«, and cook for 10 minutes
  5.   Add the sugar, the rest of the yoghurt, and lemon juice and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  6.   Sprinkle with coriander leaves, and serve with basmati rice or naan bread.
