Hi I have been purchased a X-Rocker Gaming chair but require a power adaptor, on the chair it says it requires a power supply of DC 9v / 1.0 Ah will this power adaptor work with this chair?

The product states 'Rated current of device must not exceed 1200mA' can you confirm that this is across all voltages. 3V @ 1200mA = 3.6 Watts 12V @ 1200mA = 14.4 Watts
