This narrow shelving unit brings flexible storage to hallways, kitchens and spare rooms without taking up much floor space. It's made from solid pine, a natural softwood that's ready to stain or paint so you can match it to your existing furniture. Six fixed shelves provide plenty of room for books, baskets, plants or everyday essentials. The slim profile fits neatly into tight spots where wider units won't go. Two-person assembly keeps the process straightforward, and all fixings are included.
The shelves are evenly spaced to accommodate a range of items without wasted vertical space. Inconsistent quality
Nice little set of shelves. Good solid wood. However, one of the two sets I purchased was marred by poor preparation of components. Several of the pre-drilled holes for dowels were not correctly aligned. Had to resort to wood glue to ensure stability. Given that the shelves are not particularly cheap, I think it’s reasonable for the customer not to have to work around shoddy manufacturing processes.

This is the third one I have bought - easy to put together, solid pine, useful size, and if you use Danish oil on it, it looks like a much more expensive piece of furniture.

The Argos Home Narrow Shelving Unit is not designed to be wall mounted, however must be securely attached to the wall to prevent overturning (fixings included).
