Overall ok but bad in handling hair
I bought this almost a month now, used once. The cable is long enough to clean the whole house and the suction is good, very effectively in picking up dusts. One bad thing is that it is not good in handling long hair. The roll sucks by hair and difficult to clear the hair that stop the roll. Still figuring out how to clean it and make it functioning better.

So Much Better Than Henry
Moved to this vacuum from a Henry which was just too heavy and powerful to use. I'm so glad I did. This is quieter which the dogs prefer and performs so much better without pulling the carpet up like Henry did. The carpet also looks so much better and cleaner as well. I highly recommend anyone with pets to go for this vacuum it's so much lighter to use and is so much better. Will be going back soon to get the carpet cleaner and spot on cleaner I'm that impressed.

Yes. But I believe the brush only works when the slider on the front, which you alter for deep carpets or laminate, is on a particular side, it does not work on both.
