Brilliant bunk beds

Purchased these bunk beds for my two sons, very impressed with them. Lovely colour of pine. They're very sturdy, I expected them to be weak but they're very strong. My boys are very happy which means I'm happy.

separating beds into singles

I have purchased this bunk bed, which looks lovely. However, I can see that the legs on the upper bunk are longer than those on the bottom. This means that if I separate the beds into singles ones, one bed will be higher than the other from the floor. The only way to correct this is to cut the legs. How have you achieved the beds at the same height for the photo of two singles please?

1 Answer

Hi,

The two beds when seaparted are the following heights;

Top bunk when used as a single bed - 82.6 cm.
Bottom bunk when used as a single bed - 61.8 cm.

These heights cannot be altered.

Can the ladder be moved to the left hand side of the bed?

Hi, thank you for your question.

I have spoken with our supplier who advised the ladder can be positioned on the left hand side of the bed.

Do the rungs on the ladder lie flat like steps?

2 Answers

I have just received these bunkbeds and the ladders are NOT flat and are slanted which means It is very uncomfortable for my child to climb.They are not like in the picture and I have just rung for a refund and spoke to a very unhelpful customer services woman who tried to tell me that I was wrong. Not very happy and will be writing a letter of complaint...
