Used during pregnancy

Great to use if uncomfortable during later stages of pregnancy, I would recommend the next size if you are over 5ft 10

Perfect pregnancy ball

I bought this to sit on during my third trimester so that I could sit forward and upright, instead of reclining back on the sofa. It's really comfortable, was easy to put up and a good price too. Also good to use when practicing relaxation positions for birth. Perfect pregnancy ball.
