1 Answer

Hi, thank you for your question.

I have checked this for you and the shaver socket is on the right hand side when looking at the unit.

Thank you for using Q & A.

continuous annoying sound

Hi there I bought that mirror last week and got installed only today. It makes a continuous annoying sound like a fridge/freezer. Is that normal or there is a problem with installation?

Hi MonMon,

If it's a low hum/buzz you're hearing then this is normal for mirrors like the Bathroom Mirror with Shaver Point.

I hope this helps!

Does shaver socket work when light is off?

Will the shaver socket remain 'on' when the light is turned off? Does the shaver socket have its own separate switch? I need to be able to leave appliances (shaver, toothbrush etc) plugged in and charging overnight without having to leave the light on. Is this possible, please?

I have contacted our suppliers and they have advised the following:
"Yes, shaver socket remain 'on' when the light is turned off. Of course we assumed that the product has wired with electricity.
However, the shaver socket does not has its own separate switch."
