Ice Cream, we all scream for Magimix ice cream

So you want soft and unctuous and deeply flavoured ice cream? It's as easy as falling out of bed on a summer morning. Vanilla, chocolate, and salted caramel - close to perfection. Then there's the sorbets mouthwatering raspberry, perfect peach and miraculous mango. This is the easiest way to make a luxury everyday.

Can one use the 12hours frozen bowl a couple of times or is it just one time use each time you freeze for 12hrs?

just want to findout really if you can make the icecream twice or three times when you freeze the bowl for 12hrs

2 Answers

a couple of times, as it's still really frozen once the first mix has frozen.

If you chilled the custard before churning, you would be able to make 2 lots. Make sure you clean the bowl with a plastic scraper after first batch is made.

EXTRA TUBS

could you empty ice cream into a plastic tub that had shop bought ice cream in and put that into the freezer so that multiple flavours could be made?

Hi,

Thank you for your question.

I can confirm ice cream made with the Magimix can be stored in a covered container in the freezer. However it is recommended that the ice cream is put in a fridge for about half an hour before consumption to soften up.

Can you please given the dimension of the bowl - not sure it would fit in my freezer

Hi,

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry to say that I could not find the dimensions for the bowl itself. However the overall dimensions are H = 23cm Ø = 17cm.
