Poorly designed bbq
This is very poorly designed!! The bbq looks great but it is not designed well… The charcoal holder does not hold the charcoal well. There are no handles to move the bbq around and has has movable shelves at each end which are not stable to move it with. The bbq grill shelves do not slide along well as designed making it difficult to move food back and forth over the coals. The lid latch does not have a release handle so you need to use a bbq tool to fully open or close the bbq to smoke the food.

Perfect for every barbecue
We bought this barbecue as we are vegetarians but some of our friends are not. It is perfect as we use the bottom rack for ourselves and our vegetarian friends. We use the top rack for our non vegetarian friends so the vegetarian food is not contaminated with non vegetarian. We looked at several barbecues and this option was the perfect fit for our regular barbecues. We would highly recommend this barbecue for us it works perfectly.

Quick and easy to light.

The supplier has advised the following for the Lovo Drum Charcoal BBQ:
"The coal is meant to go underneath the first rack and sit on the lower cooking grill. No it is not advisable to put the bowl in the bottom of the drum, if the lower cooking grill is damaged or missing, it’s time to buy a new BBQ".

Lovo Drum Charcoal BBQ ,you'll need to remove all the grills and charcoal after use. The ash remains at bottom of the chamber, so you can then empty and clean the ash away.

Sadly, no. It is recommended that you soak the cooking grill in hot soapy water as soon as possible after use. Dry thoroughly and store in a dry place.

The supplier has advised the following for the Lovo Drum Charcoal BBQ:
The cooking grill of this it has an "enamelling" surface coating and it is made under conditions of around 800C, so it won’t easily melt away from the surface. As long as the item is well cared for and used in the manner for which it is designed, it's not likely to come off the metal and should last a good while.
