cant see numbers. Can't hold charge

loses charge when plugged into my cigarette lighter (lighter connection works perfectly fine) put batteries in and it wouldn't turn off so it drained my brand new batteries over night. When the charge is low you can't see the frequency (or anything for that matter) on the screen making it completely useless.

Very happy - works well

Very surprised to say the quality is miles better than using the cassette to aux adapter I used before, very easy to use and love that you can use either battery or charger power.

Awful...poor quality...sound crackles

Don't waste your money this might be the cheapest option around but you won't keep it, as the unit cannot get a decent signal without a beating crackle noise. I returned mine and bought a unit 3 times more but its crystal clear sound is worth every penny.

Does this transmitter work with iPod touch 5th generation.? & does it have to have the charger connected?

1 Answer

Thank you for your question regarding the Alba FM Transmitter.

Having looked into your query for you I can confirm that the transmitter connects directly to your Apple iPod touch through the headphone socket via the 3.5mm jack cable on the transmitter, the iPod therefore does not need to be connected to the charger at all times but would need to have battery power.
