Redeeming your gift Experience
Received a gift experience voucher? Lucky you! Here’s how to redeem it.
Step 1 Go to
This is where you can validate your voucher, register your details and book your experience. (Remember to keep your email confirmation, till or gift receipt safe)
Step 2 Validate your voucher
Follow the online step-by-step process to register your details and enter the Activation Number (found on the front of your voucher), then follow the online security steps.
Step 3 Note Voucher Number
When you have successfully registered and validated your voucher, you will receive a Voucher number. Write this on the space provided in your pack and keep it safe.
Step 4 Book your Experience
When you get your number you will be shown on-screen booking information, also sent to your email. Follow the step-by-step to choose your location and date.
Step 5 Get Excited
Your experience is all booked. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to your email. Start counting down the days to your gift experience!

While some gift experiences and activity days are restricted to one venue, many are available in several locations around the UK - simply pick which one when you redeem the voucher. Take a look at our interactive map above to search for experiences by location, or look at the activity description to see where it is valid.
Your registration card, included in the voucher pack, should include step-by-step instructions on the registration process. Still not working? Email email@example.com with your registration number and details of your issue.
Vouchers are valid until the expiry date shown on your Voucher. You will need to have validated, booked and attended your experience prior to the expiry date. Check the activity description before you buy to ensure that you will be able to use your voucher before the expiry date.
Some outdoor experiences need good weather conditions to go ahead. If the experience supplier has to cancel your activity due to bad weather they will give you details of how you can rebook your experience or another day.
For safety reasons, some experiences have restrictions. Some will also have age restrictions, where under 16s may need to be accompanied by an adult, or size restrictions where height and weight limits will need to be met. For driving experiences you will need a full valid UK or European driving licence (manual) which must have been held for a minimum of one year, unless otherwise stated. Look at the activity description of your experience to see details of any restrictions.
Go to www.activitysuperstore.com/argos to register and validate your voucher. You’ll receive your voucher number and details on how to book. Simply follow the step-by-step process to choose your location and date.
For your own security, the original receipt is required to register your experience as proof of purchase. If you do not have this and need assistance with registration of your voucher, send your activation number together with your full address and contact telephone number to the following email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need to cancel your experience at short notice due to unexpected circumstances (such as illness*, accidental injury or the loss of an immediate family member), it may be possible to rearrange your experience. Please contact Activity Superstore as soon as possible on 0371 384 1800. *Does not include pre-existing medical conditions.
Yes. To exchange your voucher make a note of the face value of your original gift experience (stated in the bottom left hand corner of your voucher). Send your original voucher to Activity Superstore, PO Box 219, Saffron Waldon, Essex, CB10 9DZ with a covering letter specifying the name and product code of the new experience you wish to exchange to. If the new experience costs more than the face value of your original voucher, call 0371 384 1800 or send a cheque made payable to Activity Superstore Ltd with your voucher and covering letter to the above address. Once your old voucher and payment have been received, please allow 5 working days for the arrival of your new voucher. Your voucher can be exchanged twice only and an administration cost of £20.00 is required to process the second exchange. Please note that the voucher’s expiry date will stay the same.
If you want to use your gift experience on a day past its expiry date, you can extend your voucher for a further six months for an administration fee of £20.00. Your voucher can only be extended once and must be done whilst the voucher is valid. Simply call 0371 384 1800 or send a letter detailing your voucher number and a cheque for £20.00 payable to Activity Superstore Ltd to the following address: Activity Superstore, PO Box 219, Saffron Waldon, Essex, CB10 9DZ. You will receive confirmation either via email or a letter. Simply take this confirmation, with your original voucher on the day of your experience.
